Meal Trees
Select the protein and branch meals you want to use, make a note of them or list them on the Recipe Planner Sheet. Do the same thing for the Sides. Each Meal and Side will have a What to Buy list. Use the Shopping List planner and write down the ingredients you will need for all of the recipes.
