HOW TO SELECT YOUR MEAL TREE

Meal Trees

Select the Protein below to view a Quick Version video of the Trunk Meal and the Branch Meal options. Once you know which protein and branch meals you want to use, make a note of them or list them on the Recipe Planner Sheet. Do the same thing for the Sides. Each Meal and Side will have a What to Buy list. Use the Shopping List planner and write down the ingredients you will need for all of the recipes.

Ground Turkey
Healthy way to eat ground meat meals. You can substitute 90% lean ground beef in these meals
Whole Chicken
Most cost effective way to have chicken with lots of Branch Meal options
