HOW TO SELECT YOUR MEAL TREE
Meal Trees
Select the Protein below to view a Quick Version video of the Trunk Meal and the Branch Meal options. Once you know which protein and branch meals you want to use, make a note of them or list them on the Recipe Planner Sheet. Do the same thing for the Sides. Each Meal and Side will have a What to Buy list. Use the Shopping List planner and write down the ingredients you will need for all of the recipes.
