This video shows the basics for buying and prepping spaghetti squash.  This squash can be difficult to prep.  I show you 2 ways to prep it and which one I feel is easier.  I also show you 2 ways to do the basic cooking of it and which version I think comes out better.  Once this is prepped and cooked like in this video, you can use it just like this as a healthy pasta option.
