CHEF NOTES

Steps to Prepare

  1.  Use a container or jar that holds 1-quart and has a tight fitting lid

  2.  Add all of the ingredients

  3.  Tighten lid on top and Shake Hard for 10-15 seconds

  4.  Store in refrigerator

  5.  You will need to shake every time you use it as the oil and vinegar will separate as it sits (which is why it is called a vinaigrette)

  • You can use 1-Tbsp smashed fresh garlic to replace garlic powder

  • You can use 2-Tbsp chopped fresh onions to replace granulated onion

  • Click here to see video on chopping cilantro

  • Cider vinegar is preferred but any vinegar works.  You can also use fresh lemon or lime juice for any part of the vinegar

  • Seed oils are showing to have health issues but are cheap.  You can use a part of this with olive oil or avocado oil and a part with a seed oil like canola, sunflower or other.
